US IT Recruiter - USA Shift

ZaranTech is a USA based Global e-learning Company. We provide focused Individual and Corporate training in Niche IT technologies. Our Sr. expert trainers have 10+ years of real-time experience in the fast paced world of Information Technology. We provide Role-based training as compared to Product based training methodology. Most of our training programs are delivered Online and we provide Instructor Led and Self-Paced modes of training.

We are looking for a US Recruiter who has worked in core USA staffing to support our After the training process. He/she should work with our Vendors/Clients for trained students resume marketing. He/she should find consulting companies who can support our services.

1. Building relationships with New clients/vendors/sub-vendors for our trained student’s resume marketing.
2. Building partnership and work with consulting companies.
3. Handle Students Tickets, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
4. Provide Resume preparation assistance to trainees.
5. Provide Internal training for Sales/Chat team regarding USA Visa/Tax terms and Job market.
6. Handling career counseling calls to support sales/Chat team.

1. Minimum 2-5 yrs of experience as US Recruiter.
2. Good Understanding and Experience in building relationships with consulting companies.
3. Must be Results Oriented, highly motivated individual with self-discipline.
4. Require Excellent Written and verbal communication skills.
5. Bachelor’s Degree with a reputed college
6. Must be willing to work in Night shifts which will be 9:30 PM-6:30 AM IST.
7. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Location: Domlur, Bangalore
CTC: As per market
