Job Profile

We are looking for an experienced person for a Trainer Acquisition role with Technical knowledge of IT systems, software, project life cycles. Our ideal joiner must have good English communication skills and prior experience in hiring and onboarding trainers. USA Accents are preferred.

Requirements

1. Spoken English skills should be 8/10 or more.
2. USA accent preferred
3. Prior exp as a trainer acquisition is a MUST. Min 2 years
4. Linkedin and Linkedin Sales Navigator exp is a must
5. Google Apps and Google drive experience is a must
6. Work hours are Noon to 9 pm IST

Job Role and Responsibilities

1. You will be responsible for finding and onboarding trainers for our corporate and individual IT training programs using Linkedin, Google, Youtube, Naukri, and many more resources provided to you.
2. You will do Tech calls and vett them on their skills.
3. You will do rate discussions
4. Will provide you a full onboarding process to hire the trainer
Location: Domlur, Bangalore
Work hours:
1. FOR USA Shift - Must be willing to work Night shifts which will be 9:30 PM - 6:30 AM IST.
2. FOR INDIA Shift - Work hours are 10 AM to 7 PM IST
