Sr. Sales Supervisor - USA Shift

We are looking for a Very experienced Sr. Sales Supervisor for USA shift. Must have good English communication skills and hands-on sales experience in outbound and inbound calls from past experience.

1. Minimum 6 to 10 years of experience in Sales.
2. Must have good Sales Coaching skills and Excellent English communication skills.
3. Must have excellent Management and Supervision skills.
4. Should have a great track record of proven results.
5. Must be willing to work in Night shifts which will be 9:30 PM-6:30 AM IST.
6. Ability to take sales and product training when necessary

1.Monitoring Sales on the floor which includes Inbound, Outbound calls, Emails and follow ups.
2.Make sure every Sales Executive on the floor is meeting Weekly and Monthly targets.
3.Isolating Sales executives who need extra coaching and helping them get train with a pre-made plan for functional or product level inhouse training.
4Monitor calls and provide suggestions on Daily basis to the existing Sales executives on floor
5.Making sure attendance is maintained at all times.
6.Reporting to management of the performance of floor Weekly and coming up with plans to improve Sales

Work hours:
1. Work hours are Noon to 9pm IST
2. Should be available to start immediately.
