  1. Conduct Market about the company. Try to learn more about their products, services, trends, competitors and priorities.
  2. Be prepared with the answers for the questions you shall be asked.
  3. Try to identify your strengths and weak areas.
  4. Prepare the questions that you shall be asking in the interview from the interviewer. Make sure your resume is up to date.

The resume must highlight all your strength areas and must be good.Try to research about the company with their sales brochure, trade magazines and literature. Review your personal goals and be honest about your plans and the method by which you will achieve them. Try to have an alert, enthusiastic and positive mind-set. Ensure you have good relevant and reputable references. Discover your personality strengths through a personality test. Dress appropriately for the interview.

At ZaranTech, we prepare our trainees for the interview through mock interviews for the job.  Companies hire only when they have vacant positions. Once the interview is finished, try to write down as many of the questions that you were asked as you can remember. Try to access through score and rank based on the answers you have given. This will also help you prepare in future.

The next day, you could drop a mail to the interviewers thanking them for the job opportunity, and you may ask them any questions that may be outstanding. But do not try to stalk them. Try to follow them in polite manner. Whether or not you are successful in the interview, look at is as a learning opportunity to grow your network, engage people and perform better in the future. If you are not successful, you may ask them for the feedback so that you can improve on them in future.
