Enrollment is confirmed upon payment. Course content, schedules, and instructors may change with reasonable notice.

Learners agree to attend sessions in good faith, respect instructors and peers, and not share session recordings or proprietary materials externally.

4. Intellectual Property

All course materials, recordings, and content remain the property of ZaranTech. Personal use only — no redistribution.

5. Limitation of Liability

ZaranTech is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our services to the extent permitted by law.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, USA.
