Frequently asked questions

Will I work with real employee data?

No. All labs use synthetic, anonymized data, and Module 1 teaches how to anonymize before prompting. Use real data only under your organization's policy.

Do I need to know Workday or SuccessFactors?

No. Module 7 reviews AI features in HCM platforms by demonstration so you can evaluate vendor claims; no system configuration is taught.

Is this course technical?

No. There is no coding. The HR assistant is configured through a visual interface.

How is this different from Enterprise AI Literacy?

Enterprise AI Literacy is general. This course is built entirely around HR processes, people-data safety, and HR governance.

Does it cover bias and legal risk?

Yes. Bias controls appear in recruiting and performance modules, Module 6 covers employment law and AI regulation awareness, and Module 8 covers responsible AI policy. It is not legal advice.

Which AI tool do I need?

Any major assistant. The custom assistant lab uses ChatGPT [confirm tier] or an equivalent with instruction and file support.

What do I keep?

A prompt starter kit, role launch pack, onboarding journey, learning path, survey insight report, policy pack, HR assistant, and HR AI policy and roadmap.
