Frequently asked questions
I have never used AI. Is this for me?
Yes. The course assumes no prior AI use and no technical background.
Which AI tool do I need?
Any major assistant. [Confirm whether free tiers are sufficient.] Your organization's approved tool is preferred where you have one.
Is this a technical course?
No. There is no coding, no data science, and no model building. For the technical foundation, see AI/ML & Generative AI Fundamentals.
How is this different from Prompt Engineering for Business Teams?
That course is a deep skill-building program on prompting. This course covers the full picture: concepts, safe use, judgement, opportunities, ethics, and change.
Does it cover our company's AI policy?
In the public course, Module 6 uses a sample policy. In corporate delivery, your own policy is used.
Can managers and individual contributors take it together?
Yes. Exercises are role-adaptive; each learner works on their own function and role.
What do I keep?
A touchpoint inventory, task log, fact-check log, scenario decisions, opportunity map, policy review, skills plan, and pilot proposal.
Is a corporate version available?
Yes, including organization-wide rollouts.
