Prerequisites

2. Module 2: Data Foundations and Data Cloud

   • Topics: Data quality and unification; Data Cloud concepts; grounding with CRM and external data; data streams and models; identity resolution; retrieval for AI.
   • Deliverable: Data Cloud configuration. Completion check: Module 2 assessment.

   Hands-on:

   • Practice: Unified Customer Profile. Connect sources and build a profile.

3. Module 3: Einstein for Sales and Service

   • Topics: Email generation and call summaries; lead and opportunity scoring; forecasting; reply recommendations and case summaries; knowledge article generation; work summaries.
   • Deliverable: Configured features. Completion check: Module 3 assessment.

   Hands-on:

   • Practice: Sales and Service AI Setup. Enable and test generative features.

4. Module 4: Prompt Builder

   • Topics: Template types; merge fields and related lists; grounding with Flow and Apex; testing and refinement; activating in Lightning pages; reuse across features.
   • Deliverable: Prompt template. Completion check: Module 4 assessment.

   Hands-on:

   • Practice: Account Summary Template. Flow-grounded template deployed to a page.

5. Module 5: Agentforce Fundamentals

   • Topics: Topics, instructions, and actions; reasoning engine; channels; creating topics; standard and custom actions; testing in Builder.
   • Deliverable: Service agent. Completion check: Module 5 assessment.

   Hands-on:

   • Practice: First Service Agent. Topics and standard actions tested in conversation.

6. Module 6: Advanced Agent Building

   • Topics: Flow-based actions; Apex and API actions; prompt template actions; escalation and handoff; guardrails and instructions; multi-topic design.
   • Deliverable: Enhanced agent. Completion check: Module 6 assessment.

   Hands-on:

   • Practice: Order Support Agent. Custom Flow and prompt actions with escalation.

7. Module 7: Testing, Deployment, and Monitoring

   • Topics: Testing Center and test cases; evaluation of responses; iteration; deployment across environments; analytics and feedback; cost and usage.
   • Deliverable: Test suite and deployment record. Completion check: Module 7 assessment.

   Hands-on:

   • Practice: Agent Test Suite. Test cases, channel deployment, analytics review.

8. Module 8: Trust, Security, and Adoption

   • Topics: Trust Layer controls; data masking and audit; permission design; change management; measuring value; roadmap planning.
   • Deliverable: Trust configuration and plan. Completion check: Module 8 assessment.
   • Capstone (independent work, [CAPSTONE_HOURS] hours): An Agentforce agent for a business process: grounded data, prompt templates, custom actions, test suite, trust configuration, and an adoption plan.
