1. Third-Party System Interface: Replication of Clearing Information 

This feature allows you to transfer clearing information using the third-party system user interface of Central Finance. Together with the payments, also the clearing information is transferred. A new staging table on the SAP LT Duplication Server is added to included the clearing information and the connection between payments and open invoice things. In the Central Finance system, a new clearing entry is posted.

  • Update of withholding tax from original invoice
  • Clearing by credit memo
  • Clearing of one invoice by down payment
  • Partial clearing of one invoice by partial payment
  • Clearing several invoices by payment

2. Third-Party System Interface: Replication of CO-PA Characteristics 

In SAP S/4HANA you perform Profitabilty Analysis (CO-PA) in the Universal Journal utilizing criteria based on which you analyze your operating results as well as perform sales and revenue planning. A combination of values for these criteria in an Operating concern is called a profitability segment. Instances for such criteria can be product, billing type (such asinvoice), customer, sales organization.

This features enables you to transfer such criteria through the third-party system interface in Central Finance as name-value pairs.

3. Third-Party System Interface: Group Currency 

In SAP S/4HANA journal entries can be  posted in group currency which enables reporting in group currency.

With this feature journal enteries containing group currency information and amounts in group currency can be replicated through the third-party system  interface of Central Finance.

In the third-party system interface the staging tables as well as fields containing the financial accounting data have been enhanced to enable the replication of group currency information and amounts. 

4. FI Initial Load from SAP S/4HANA Source Systems Changes to Initial Loads 

This feature allows you to faster perform an initial load of journal entries as well as open items in Financial Accountancy from a SAP S/4HANA source system in a Central Finance scenario. A new Central finance: Deletion of Initial Load in source program is available which allows you to remove the log table entries of the  initial load in the source system and optionally the data developed by the continuous duplication in the source system.
