bHow many of us have heard about Quality service? Many of us are familiar with the service industry. Hence to meet the customer satisfaction the organization must focus on continuous evaluation and improvement process. This critical analysis of the data helped to identify the priority tasks or actions that required immediate attention and remedy. To implement the priority tasks control plans were prepared. The Service quality can contribute towards the core competency of the organization. Hence, one of the primary aims of the organization must focus on achieving high quality standards with proper cost allocation and improvement of the existing quality of the services provided.
