Day 1 and Day 2: What Is Joule, and How Do Users Talk to It?
On Days 1 and 2, you learn what Joule is and how business users phrase requests to it.
Day 1. SAP's free Introducing Joule course covers the Joule ecosystem, including role-based Joule Assistants, Joule Agents, and skills. SAP describes Joule as its generative AI copilot that brings intelligence and contextual support into the flow of business processes.
