Answer: 

I have utilized process modeling in a few of my projects, I have been included as a business analyst. Even though I know UML and DFD Modeling Systems, we utilized simple flowcharts to model the processes as our client liked it as such.

So, in the first project, which was a Loan application and approval system, we began by creating the top-level context diagram (a DFD terminology) to showcase the modules of the systems and the cooperation among them.

Next up, we decomposed the modules to recognize the key features/functions of each module. In the first attempt, the features list was not thorough, we continued modifying it later too. 

When the features were identified, we described the scenario. Scenarios are step by step descriptions about how the function would get finished. This gave us the input for creating a process diagram. We modeled them utilizing the flow charts. In one of the projects, some of the steps at this level required further decomposition and subsequently, we went to the following level of decomposition.

In case, the interviewer might want to dig deeper he/she may ask you to draw one from these diagrams and you must be in a situation to do as such.
