Read it aloud. At a normal pace, it takes about 60 seconds.
What it is (10 seconds): "Joule is SAP's AI copilot. It sits inside your SAP applications, and people talk to it in plain language instead of hunting through menus and transaction codes."
How it works (20 seconds): "You ask a question or give an instruction, like 'show me overdue invoices for this customer' or 'create a purchase requisition'. Joule understands the request, works with your SAP system using your own access rights, and shows you the answer or a summary to confirm. It does not let anyone see or do more than their role allows."
Why it matters to you (20 seconds): "Your people spend less time searching for apps and data, occasional users need less training, and experts get faster answers. SAP also offers Joule Agents, which handle multi-step tasks, always with a human approving the important steps."

How to Explain SAP Joule to a CFO, an IT Head, and an End User
The same Joule needs three different explanations, because a CFO, an IT head, and an end user each care about a different question.
The CFO version (about 30 seconds)
