Business Analyst (F2F required)
Currently seeks a Business Analyst to join our team in Framingham, US.
Coordinate and perform business analysis work for one or more functional tracks on a cross-functional project, under the overall direction of a Lead Business Analyst and/or Project Manager.
Responsible for eliciting and documenting high-level business requirements and detailed functional requirements and providing other analytical support associated with projects that are typically cross-departmental in scope.
Lead and participate in cross-functional business requirement workshops with both external and internal customers to accurately understand and document business requirements; Work with IT to translate requirements into a functional specification that can be implemented.
Apply analytical methods to mine data and identify data needs as it relates to the business requirements.
Ensure integration with other business areas (i.e.: Customer Sales, Customer Service, Finance) to provide enhanced end-to-end processes.
Act as a liaison to the IT Application Development team during the development of new software releases through to implementation.
Responsible for supporting all aspects of the user acceptance testing phase of a project. This includes: Creation of business test plan, writing of test cases, coordinating business testing resources, and facilitation of user acceptance testing.
Provide consultation and create supportive documentation for software releases and associated end user training; Provide support for system deployments and associated operational changes.
Works closely with user groups to provide training, resolve questions, assess user needs, and recommend enhancements.
As part of the team, you will participate and provided ideas to further improve internal way of working in order to achieve better efficiencies.
