PDCA life cyclePlan-Do-Check-Act cycle is a continuous repetitive cycle. This is done for improvement in quality process. It is a four step model for conducting changes in the process.

Plan: An opportunity must be recognized and then it must be changed.

Do: Conduct the change and have a small scale research.

Check: Try to review the test after the study has been conducted.

Act: In this part we must try to improve the cycle again.

PDCA cycle is considered to be a work model to show the processes. The processes are depicted from classroom to boardroom.  It is the basic structure for overall planning, curriculum development and analysis. Improvement is also a part PDCA cycle.  When we need to change something that has gone wrong we use this method of PDCA cycle. It is the best quality management techniques and process to control quality. Quality management is a daily process and the quality process is a mandatory check for any processes.  PDCA lifecycle was derived from Deming’s philosophy.
