Position Description: Experience Level: 4 yr degree plus 7-10 yrs exp Description: Acts as a liaison between client area and technical organization by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of highly complex business problems to be solved with automated systems. Provides technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirements. Works with user groups to provide training, resolve questions, assess user needs, and recommend changes. Prepares specifications for system changes. Recommends and initiates systems testing. Acts as an internal consultant within technology and business groups by using quality tools and process definition/improvement to re-engineer technical processes for greater efficiencies. Provides direction and guidance to less experienced staff.

Experience with the Wells Fargo Wholesale Banking business support and strong IT infrastructure background.
Working with Infrastructure manager and Application teams; understanding tactical requirements; ensure funding and prioritization of initiatives Work with LOBs to define project/initiative requirements.
End-to-end Infrastructure Planning and Maintenance for Business Sub-Vertical (Application Bundle/Suite).
Maintain Roadmaps, Demand forecasting, SLAs, Project Initiation and milestone tracking.
Manage relationships at the Senior Application Manager levels.
Manage matrix resources from Design & Engineering, Build & Support, and System Integration teams Monitor delivery team resource levels and create/support business case to ensure sufficient resources for sub-Vertical (s)
